The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family, including our small dog and baby. A great spot to relax during our roadtrip, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

Me and my wife have previously been to khao takiab a few times but stayed in hotels, knowing the area however this time with a bigger family we opted for an airbnb. Firstly the house is an older style thai house which we love it was very spacious with three bathrooms, beach towels were left for us which was handy as we forget! overall house was very clean. The location is perfect as is only just a short walk to the beach and family mart / 7-11. The private residence pool is a decent size and a few minutes walk from the house it backs onto a nice cafe / restaurant which had decent coffee and the food was really good with local music few nights a week. Washing machine broke when we was there, the manager done our washing which was really helpful and appreciated. Overall was a nice relaxing break and a great stay Recommended!

This place is perfect! Everything is brand new and super modern. It's very clean and it looks exactly like the pictures. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach! The bed is super comfortable and there is a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. It's really quiet and private, perfect for working remotely, kite surfing holidays or just relaxing. There is a pool next to the house as well. The hosts BeBe and Klaus are super nice and responsive. BeBe even came and picked us up and helped us move - so sweet! We felt very taken care of. I can definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us!

The place is clean. It is about 20-30 minutes away from Hua Hin city. If there is traffic, it will take a little time, but overall it is comfortable. It is suitable for tourists who come as a family.

We feel safe, the property located in a private residence benefits from impeccable supervision and security. The staff is friendly. The house as described. It's beautiful, convenient, and nice The first pool is 100m from the accommodation, the second,larger by the sea. One of the two upper bedrooms overlooks the road, which may be disturbing for some people. We were there for New Year's Eve I guess it was much more lively than usual. Hosts respond quickly, are very friendly and have great tips.

Nice and clean place! Not in the main tourist area but a short walk to the beach and good restaurants. You can get a grab and quickly be at tourist spots. Toei was very friendly and helpful! We needed a fan for the ground floor and she had one delivered for us the first night. She even helped set up a motorbike rental for me!

Bed's we're a little stiff but everything worked fine in the house and she had some pans and silverware to prepare meals. Laundry was easy to do. Good stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Easy seamless check in and we arrived to a beautiful welcome basket of fruit and a fridge full of beers, water and milk. The house was incredibly homely and spacious with a well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking. Deepa and Andy were incredibly accommodating allowing us to extend our stay by 4 extra nights. We had a wonderful time and already looking forward to going back!

Absolutely Perfect Beachfront Getaway! We had the most amazing stay at this villa in Hua Hin! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning sunset views every evening. The private pool was a big hit with everyone. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. It was perfect for our family group and the garden and outdoor seating areas made it feel like a private paradise. We loved having our morning drinks with the sea breeze and hearing the gentle waves all day long. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the booking process was smooth and easy. We fell in love with the place. It's even better then in the pictures. Our daughter loved the pool area, daytime and nighttime (there were awesome lights in the pool). There was clear directions about ordering food and rides, and many options to choose from. House was clean and everyone around the neighbourhood was super friendly. We have been to Hua Hin numerous times, but this place was our favorite. If you are ever thinking of selling the house, please contact me first 🙂🙏

Great accommodation. The place is as it appears in the pictures with good seafood restaurants within walking distance. The host is very friendly and happy to give recommendations on things to do. Overall very good value for money and we will visit again.

perfect; our stay went very well extra washing machine at the hotel very convenient pool, beach, bar, sunbed at the bottom of the building. 2nd and top floor apartment, quiet room service tt the days. brief great location, parking, view, cleanliness it was great!

Great place in the countryside but only a 15 minute drive (max) to Hua Hin - Ideal for families away for a relaxing time, awesome swimming pool.

Big, open room. Corner view with big balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of windows and daylight makes the room very pleasant. Can be a little noisy at night but that is part of the fun, being in downtown Cha Am.

Ms. Nitcharee was very responsive and proactive. Our family of six comfortablely stayed at her place for two nights during the Songkran holidays. I would definitely go there to stay if we plan for another vacation in Hua hin.

Wonderful place🩷Relaxing and peaceful, close to the beach, the house had everything that you would need. Host was welcoming and nice :) gave recommendations for places and explained everything, I felt safe and I felt like I can rely on someone for help.

Very quite and peaceful surroundings. Loads of light in the house, beds were comfortable. Loads of supplies, coffee pods toilet paper, etc. on arrival. You will see lots of birds and animals around the house, we even had a single monkey show up for several days which was calm and well behaved. Closest Beach only a couple of minutes away but only good at low tide, other areas of the beach that were good at all times were a few minutes walk or car ride away. Recommend a car or motorbike if you stay here. There are lots of good restaurants less than 10 minutes drive away.

A beautiful home. Fantastic for a large family/friend group. Well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool, pool table and karaoke were a hit. A few minutes walk to 7 eleven, cafes and the beach. Easy parking. Short drive to the night markets and the main shopping malls. The place felt private and safe.
