Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Hua Hin

This is an apartment hotel with a good location. A very big and good bed in a nice room and a nice bathroom to. The cleaning is very professional and everything works well. It is very good value for money, especially if you like to live between Black Mountain Golf and Hua Hin Center. I actually stayed here for almost 3 weeks, so I liked it. It's not so far from Big C shopping. There is a fantastic Laundry just west of Addera, just before the petrol station. It is a very safe area and everybody leaves there helmets on their scooters during nights, no risk for stealing here.

Excellent location, the pool is very good, there are children's, treadmills in the gym, exercise bike, dumbbells, shops nearby, famous Thai pancakes and sell fruits. Nearby, the beach is more interesting than the city, sunbeds are paid, to the minibus in 5 minutes on foot along the road of cafes and massages. The city itself and we really liked this place!

The room was exactly as described, and located around 25 minutes walk / 5 minutes scooter ride away from Sitjaopho Muay Thai, which was the main reason for my visit. Cafes nearby and another gym / leisure centre a 2 minute walk away. AC worked great and it was nice and peaceful away from the busier areas of Hua Hin but still and easy scooter or grab ride into the main town.

as for previous years excellent stay , the geographical location of this accommodation implies calm so very relaxing holidays.

This apartment is a great option for families with young children. The kids' room is set up with a few toys, keeping little ones entertained. The host was great, always responding quickly and handling any concerns efficiently. Although the apartment isn’t right on the beach, this is clearly mentioned in the description. Walking to the beach takes about 10 minutes, but guests can request a buggy ride from the complex’s security, making the trip much easier. The property features several swimming pools, and its location is very convenient. Cicada Market and Tamarind Market are within walking distance, and right across the street, guests will find a Tops Daily store and the excellent Beanboi coffee shop. All in all, this is a well-located, family-friendly place to stay with plenty of amenities.

Convenient, cozy appartment in a modern complex right at the beach! We booked 12 nights with our two younger children and all expectations were met. Host is great and helpfull. Several restaurants, 7-Eleven and cafes are within walking distance; for everything else we booked transfers via app. Would stay here again.

We stayed for 6 weeks apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment was in a great location with two markets on your doorstep the beach was nearby and with plenty of restaurants.The Owner was easily contactable if needed and would have problem staying there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kunyanut's condo. The mountain view, complex facilities, and the well-appointed space truly made it feel like home. The convenience of having two mini-marts just outside the complex was a fantastic bonus, and we loved the wide selection of excellent restaurants only a short walk away. A special recommendation: be sure to try Three Chefs and Pizzadore during your stay! Plus, the beach is just a quick stroll from the condo. We couldn't have asked for a better location!

I lived in the beautiful apartment for 8 months and I have no regrets. The room was very comfortably furnished and quickly felt like home. The location was incredibly well situated, 2 of the largest shopping malls in the center of the city to either side within quick walking distance, the beach within walking distance directly 200 meters from the location, many restaurants and even cozy bars nearby also within easy walking distance. I enjoyed my stay there very much. I will especially miss the great pool in the courtyard :'). I can only highly recommend the accommodation!

Very good stay in Maleesa Place. Great location in Hua Hin - clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and caring staff. I'll go back there for sure.

We stayed for just over 5 weeks and loved every minute of our stay - great host with a really nice peaceful apartment which had everything we needed and felt like a home from home . Location is amazingly close to beach and the night markets as well as a short walk to the shopping malls . We were sad to leave and will definitely return . I would have no hesitation in recommending you book this apartment .

I enjoyed my stay here and felt super relaxed after my daily rounds of golf. The room is perfect and spacious for single adults or even a couple but may be a bit tight for families with children. The kitchen has all the tools to cook a meal but there are so many great restaurants and cafes nearby that it wasn’t used much. There’s enough parking and there’s so much to do if you are bored. I’d love to return soon. Thank you!

Had a great stay, only needed to contact host once with question as was very quick response. Location is good, can walk to beach, baht bus outside entrance. The area is clean, nice swimming pool. Recommend stay here.

We enjoyed the Blue Lagoon very much, especially because we could also use the gym and pool with a little extra charge. It is very quiet and very clean, the staff is super helpful and fast. For us, it was just a bit too far into town because we had to take our kids to school. We had enough space and the utilities were also very manageable. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Bella’s place for a month. We enjoyed our stay there, Bella and Li were very responsive. The condo is clean, it is quite compact but has everything needed for a month’s living. The property management is very good with good security. We felt very safe staying there. Location is fine with access to green buses and within walking distance to Blueport, has a couple 711’s. On the whole it is a good experience.

Very good place to stay. It's far from the city centre (about 15 minutes). But there are "mini-buses" which coasts only 15 baht. The condo is great, service is good. Changing bedsheets, electricity and water are quite cheap. Thanks for the owner, she asked to fix the air con, and workers did it very fast. I recommend.
