It has 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with an XXL walk-in shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a mirror. There is also an extra toilet with a washbasin and mirror. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, oven, dishes, etc. Cozy living area with a couch, TV and Wi-Fi.

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

The bus stop is only a 1-minute walk away. Pets are allowed ONLY ON REQUEST and are very welcome!
