You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The bus stop is only a 1-minute walk away. Pets are allowed ONLY ON REQUEST and are very welcome!
