The cozy apartment on the first floor is centrally located. The bus stop, shopping facilities, and the racetrack are within walking distance. On warm days you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony. It features a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom is an oasis of well-being with a large shower, bathtub, double washbasin and toilet.
