Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Litsegården

Here on our small farm in Billdal, you live close to nature with both forest and sea, but still close to amenities in Nya Hovås or Gothenburg. In the yard, there are cats, chickens, ducks and bees, and around the property, there are deer and the occasional moose. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two people. There is also a 55-inch TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine. Extra beds can be arranged on request for an additional fee.

Enjoy fantastic sea views and a peaceful location, for families and large groups. From the large lawn, you have direct access to SUP paddling. Walk five minutes to the small boat harbor at Lahall for swimming and beach, or walk along the sea and enjoy the beautiful nature.
