Spacious brand-new apartment of 3 beds, 3.5 bathrooms of 200m2 in the 1st floor. Fully equipped apartment that it will make you feel at home. Offers a spacious and bright open layout, tall ceilings, large windows and hardwood floors. Since I own the entire 1st floor, we have two apartments and if desired, they can be communicated by unlocking a door. They are perfect if you are a very big group. If we connect both apartments it hots 12 guests. The apartment is on floor 1.5, this means that guests can take elevator to floor 2 and walk down 10 stairs or take the elevator to floor 1 and climb 10 stairs.

Public transport a few meters to get to the capital, shops and nearby leisure area. Possible noise from Monday to Friday due to school and nearby construction.
