Wonderful cottage with patio that has a sea view

We are renting our cabin which is a real pearl all year round. The location is perfect with 5-10 minutes walk to salt baths and nice viewpoints. With the car you get in 20 minutes to Marstrand and 35 minutes to Gothenburg and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated during the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a patio with terrace that has a sea view. The house suit families with children, friends and couples. Max 4 adults but more if they are children.

Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. Free parking directly adjacent to apartment. Walking distance about 400 meters to the marina with jetties, shops, restaurants, bank and Systembolaget. About 800 meters to swimming and beach.

The house has a unique location only 20m from the sea shore with a magnificent view and evening sun until late hours. Located about 200m from ICA Supermarket and there are 4 restaurants within 200m. Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.
