New host! Spectacular views from this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on Lake Norman. Great room w/ fireplace, ceiling fans, wood floors, and tall ceilings! Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Remodeled master and guest bathrooms. The condo overlooks the docks and has long range views of the lake. Condo includes access to tennis courts, saltwater pool, and assigned parking spaces. Located one mile from Birkdale Shopping and plenty of restaurants!

Quiet neighborhood with tons of amenities! Off the beaten path but not far from major highways. All of the following are within 30 minutes; Uptown, shopping malls, speedway, dragstrip, dining, etc.

Enter and leave privately through the dedicated access door. No stairs, large parking, and lots of outdoors space in this 2 acre lot. We're in the upscale Highland Creek Area, 20 mins north from downtown Charlotte, and just minutes south from Huntersville and Concord. Less than 15 mins away from the Charlotte Motor Speedway or the Piedmont Music Pavillion. There's 2 shopping malls within walking distance.

It was conveniently located close to where I needed to be but you make that possible by putting in the address where you wanna be close to. There is an extra charge for weekend stays. It wasn’t hard to find at all. It’s a private room attached to the garage that you have to go in through the garage to get to. They supply one bottled water for each day of your stay. AC is supplied by a mini split air system. A fan is also on the ceiling that supplies extra air flow. It has its own private bathroom and also washer and dryer (must bring own detergent). I didn’t use the washer and dryer but it was nice that it was available. I booked my stay to visit a SOS so fittingly I spend most of my time away and came in at late to sleep. Hosts were very respectful of my privacy and times of coming in and going out. Which was important to me since you want to feel like you’re in a hotel where no one is managing your whereabouts or times of coming in and out. Parking was a bit tricky for me since I’m not good at reversing out of spaces but there is space to park outside directly by the home. Overall the Air bnb meet my needs for the weekend so I am thankful.”
