Alles is schots & scheef én laag! Back-to-basic, gezellig gekeuvel ipv bliepjes maar mét infraroodsauna. Heerlijk om te ontspannen voor je het fijne 2-p bed inrolt. Om 's morgens met (of door) de geur van vers gebakken broodjes wakker te worden (bakker om de hoek). Hier vergeet je de hectiek en stress van alledag!

Moderne lichtdurchflutete gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf das Venn. Seperater Eingang. Auf der 1. Etage befindet sich der Wohn- und Essraum, das Badezimmer, das Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen und auf Nachfrage mit Babybett. Auf der Empore befindet sich unser Schlafsofa für weitere zwei Personen. Wanderer und Radfahrer sind nur 300m vom Venn, Ravel- und Velo- Radweg entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich der Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Altstadt und Burg Vogelsang.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Relax in our special and quiet accommodation! The newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with about 60 square metres is distributed over two floors. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Wir bieten eine renovierte Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit großer Wohnküche, Essecke, Wannenbad und seperatem Schlafzimmer in Stolberg Büsbach, nur 10 km vom Aachener Zentrum entfernt. Privater Stellplatz, ca. 70 Meter entfernt, und WLAN kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Wir haben die Möglichkeit für einen eigenständigen Check in geschaffen, begrüßen unsere Gäste aber, wenn es uns möglich ist, immer selbst.

Die komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung liegt im romanischen Rurtal mit Blick auf die Burg Nideggen. Im Aussenbereich steht euch eine Terrasse mit Hängematte, Sonnenliege und weiteren Sitzgelegenheiten mit Ausblick auf einen mediterran angelegten Garten mit Palmen und Olivenbäumen zur Verfügung.
