A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

The house has two bedrooms with a total of five beds, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, living-dining room, a terrace in front of the house and a 90m2 roof terrace . In the living room, there is an open fireplace that can be used on deposit and a flat rate for wood and lighters Children and pets are welcome here. There are four free parking spaces outside the house.

Valuable location: In nature, outside of villages. Directions only by forest path, parking goes in front of the cabin. Enjoy nature & solitude!
