On the Giens peninsula, very nice fully renovated studio "Pieds dans l'eau". Closed residence directly on the Bergerie beach. Ideal for a couple with or without children. In 2 minutes you are in the water, in 2 minutes you can take an air-conditioned nap. the fully equipped studio is on the first floor facing west with a beautiful terrace, sunset and small view of the salt marshes and in the distance the Almanarre. everything is at your fingertips: Porquerolles and the beaches of the peninsula. sunshine guaranteed!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 20 m2 studio, completely redone in July 2022. Located in the heart of old Hyères, the medieval city. You will be a 3-minute walk from points of interest, Place Massillon and its Templar's Tower. Going up a little you will reach the Villa Noailles and its magnificent gardens, and the castle of Hyères. Beaches and salt marshes are a 10-minute drive. Fan. WiFi (fiber) TV and DVD player. Not suitable for children and infants.

Pleasant stay guaranteed in the city center in this 22 m² air-conditioned studio furnished in a modern style. Its large bay window opening onto a balcony on the 5th floor offers you an unobstructed view of Avenue Gambetta and the heights of the old town. You can have your breakfast there in complete privacy. The apartment is a nice one bedroom apartment of 32m², composed of a closed balcony of 15m2, it is located on the 3rd and last floor of a small secured residence,without elevator. It is close to the beaches (15 minutes walk), the coves (by the coastal path), shops (5 minutes walk) and the pier for Porquerolles (about 2 km). Renée Sabran Hospital is a 2-minute walk from the residence. The apartment also has a private space in the residence, closed by an electric gate.
