Its large window overlooks a garden: you are quiet and with good double glazing. You benefit from air conditioning and an Indigo centre parking space 7 minutes' walk away (standard Indigo space, 1.90 m). The question I get asked the most is: does it have sheets? Of course, sheets & towels are included.
