Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Live life in this peaceful and centrally-located hotel accommodation down in the southern harbor of Fotö. An accommodation for those who wish to stay on an island but still with proximity and ease to Gothenburg. Free car ferry takes you easily here and into central Gothenburg. Fotö belongs to Öckerö Municipality consisting of ten islands, with proximity to the sea as a matter of course. From Fotö, you can reach the other nine islands, either by bridge or ferry. You also have proximity to grocery store, shopping, restaurants about 3 km from Fotö.

The cottage is located 3 minutes bicycle path to a bathing area where there is jetty, beach and cliffs. Hönö offers several beautiful bathing areas around the entire island.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
