Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around.
