We had a great stay at Louis's place. The home was clean, comfortable, and had almost all the kitchen utilities we needed, which made cooking super convenient. Louis was an excellent host—he arranged everything we asked for in no time and was always quick to respond. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the best stays in our 5 days of trip to Kerala. Located in a calm neighbourhood. Inside property is well designed. Every window had mosquito nets installed. It was just like a home in a different place. Vivek is so friendly and available all the time just a phone call away. The hospitality was so good that without the presence of the host itself we felt it good. As suggested by the host in the description use dim lights for the best experience of the property in the evening. Will definitely visit if we plan Kochi again.

The response time was quick from the Host (Alan). Everything was perfect as shown and described. It was really a cute and small property free from disturbance, pollution and mesmerizing views during the sunset. I loved how patiently they built this house. Host proactive approach and smile just made my day. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues if they're planning to visit Cochin. You may also visit the Nearby Backwaters and fish farming ponds for sightseeing and boat ride. But the thing which I didn't like was the market for groceries is quite far, so you need to walk atleast 1-2 kms to get there. But keeping that aside I would recommend you just simply grab it. Beautiful homestay with 2 minutes walking distance to the great beach . Sebastian and family is very friendly and helped to explore locally with restaurants and with other places. Highly recommend this place who like to be in a safe and comfortable environment!!

I stayed here only for one day but I must thank Anthony Uncle and Tessy Aunty for making all the arrangements, most importantly an early check-in request as we were reaching early in the morning. i would highly recommend their property. beautiful house with peaceful locality and very well located close to the ernakulam town railway station and other places . looking forward to visit again . i would highly recommend this to an individual or a group of 6-8 people as well.

Well maintained & clean stay and a wonderful host.

It was a great place to stay especially getting a place within the city. It’s like 2 min or less to get only the main road. The path leading Upto the property is a bit tight for 2 vehicles, so if you have a vehicle, you may find it challenging squeezing your way through. Once you cross his property gates, it’s all good then. The house is very cozy, calm and full of plants.. a BIG 👍🏽👍🏽. The host Mr Paulson is amiable and helpful. He kept the place ready before we arrived and greeted us as we reached there. The stay for uneventful. We were just there for the night. The house is big, clean and well kept. This includes the bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. Overall satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay here in the future. Cheers!

The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment with our family of three adults, one child, and two infants, and it was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable—right opposite Lulu Mall and just a stone’s throw from Edappally Metro Station. The convenience of having such a major shopping destination literally at our doorstep was fantastic. The proximity to the metro station was another huge plus. It made commuting around Kochi incredibly easy and efficient, allowing us to move around the city without worrying about traffic. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.
