This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

The cozy holiday apartment on the first floor is centrally located. The bus stop, shopping, and the racetrack are within walking distance. On warm days you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony. It features a bedroom with double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom is a feel-good oasis with a large shower, bathtub, double vanity and toilet. The kitchen has good basic amenities.
