You will stay in a house located in Goalès, in an agricultural district where you can see the activity of the islanders on the Ile de Batz, near the equestrian farm. You will not be far from the sandy beaches and shops, these are 500 meters away. Free WiFi access The island is 3.5 km long and 1.5 km wide, it includes a small community of 500 inhabitants : fishermen, gullsmen, farmers, traders, restaurateurs. It looks like a large garden. There is a sweetness of life there. The most important thing is peace and quiet. It's a life on a human scale. A timeless place temperate and invigorating, the island benefits from a micro-climate, exceptional luminosity, its wild nature, its horses on the dunes and the ubiquitous sea.....You can see it everywhere or almost everywhere, you can feel it, you can breathe it. It's a small, active, living city with its two-class school and middle school. The Delaselle garden, the lighthouse, the semaphore, the lifeboat are worth a visit. The media library of thousand sheets for the loan of books and DVDs will welcome you in its bright and rich room. A smoking bar, a bakery, a bar-food, a convenience store, a tea room, crêperies, restaurants, taxi. A Sunday morning market from April to October where you can buy vegetables and fish or crab directly from farmers and fishermen. A hairdresser, a doctor, nurses, firefighters are present on the island as well as a post office and the town hall. The GR 34 allows you to tour the island along the coast for 12 km. Nautical activities with Dreams of the Sea. Equestrian farm open in July and August only. Ideal for going down to the white sandy beach of Rockroum, the thalassotherapy, the marine spa and the 2 restaurants at the foot of the residence, or to the city centre and the old port, 5-10 minutes' walk (with pier for the island of Batz), this carefully renovated accommodation enjoys a relaxing unobstructed view of Roscoff, famous for its architectural and maritime heritage. 1st thalassotherapy in France, beautiful beaches, GR34, bike route 45, "vélomaritime" EV4, nautical centre, cinema, casino, botanical garden.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. House renovated in a Cyclades spirit like a bright cocoon. Large 30 m2 living room with living room, kitchen overlooking a terrace for sunny meals. A stove completes this room to warm up the few rainy days that never last. Our "little piece of paradise" is close to the beach and shops (a grocery store 300 m away and the beach 500 m away). You will appreciate it for the comfort and tranquility, in a quiet area of the island. The 2 terraces will allow you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. It's good for solo travelers and families (with kids). This is a great base for exploring the island! Please leave the house as clean as you found it on arrival!
