Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

We welcome you in a wooden extension of 65 m2 including a double bed, equipped with tidying up and a television. We had the option of adding a baby cot. The room has direct access to a large terrace. There is also a billiard room with a convertible for two people. It is a room very careful it is equipped with a television and a space is dedicated to be eaten. Then you have a bathroom with Italian shower . Space only to you.

Vacation home 20 meters from a sandy beach, very quiet, with views of the island of Batz upstairs, ideal for stays with family or friends. Located in front of the beach of Pouldu, 5 minutes from Roscoff and its Thalasso and 5 minutes from the beach of Dossen , you will find all the comforts for a relaxing stay. The ground floor completely renovated in 2023 will bring you a living room of 60 m2 bathed in sun facing south.

The La Pommeraie-Avalon gîte is nestled in a green and quiet setting close to the sea (one of the rooms has a sea view). The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.
