Outside, a 23 m2 patio extended by a wooden deck overlooking a closed 80 m2 garden, outdoor shower. Located 1.5 km from Port Joinville, about a 15-minute walk to Super U and less than a 10-minute walk to the beach.

Large kitchen and living room opening onto south-facing garden, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, shower room, workspace, free Wi-Fi. Medium ping-pong table, beach games available. Self check-in. !!! A house is under construction on the adjoining property but the structural work is finished.

We rent our typical Île d'Yeu house completely refurbished. Seaside charm: solid wood flooring, exposed framework and blue shutters… All this in the heart of a quiet flowered and wooded garden with teak garden furniture. The house was rated 3 stars by an approved body in July 2022. Where is the house located? 7 min walk to the Port 5 min walk to KER-CHALON beach In a small, very quiet cul-de-sac.
