It is a 1930's Sears Craftsman home located near downtown Greenup, about 1 mile from Rt 70. Greenup, known as the Village of the Porches between Interstate 70, IL RT 40 and IL RT 130, with over 1500 residents. Our Main Street (Cumberland St/Il Rt 121) is also part of the National Road, attractive old architecture, beautiful overhanging porches leading to our Covered Bridge

We hope to host your next couples, group, or family getaway. This home sleeps 22 and if adding our Studio or Camper to your stay the capacity rises. The Studio rents separately but inquire about adding it to your large group stay.

The Ledger Loft, Located on the second floor of the Historic MainStay Building, is a spacious 2000 Sq Ft Loft that is perfect for hosting large families, and includes gorgeous brick architecture, the MainStay building was once home to the original Ayars Bank, and The Ledger itself was once an Oddfellows Lodge. While it being relaxing, this space is also convenient with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer & dryer located inside the apartment.
