Skvely výhľad s balkónu, síce dole je reštaurácia a hrala hudba ale to vôbec nevadilo, práveže naopak zlepšovalo náladu a hneď sa cítila grécka atmosféra. Bývanie bolo v poriadku, hostiteľ bol milý, síce prišli sme skôr ako sme sa dohadovali ale hneď ubytovali nás bez problémov. Doprava je tiež dobra, autobusy chodia pomerne často. V okolí sú výborné reštaurácie kde naozaj dobre varia.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is placed on the ground floor, which was great for my husband to not climb stairs with the tons of luggage we had. We were with a 4 years old toddler and 5 months baby. Our daughter loved the double floor bed and of course she slept on the upper one. The kitchen was fully equipped which helped us as we had to cook some of the days. The location is great as is 1 minute away from the sea shore where you can take a wall or have a dinner in one of the great restaurants around. Our communication with the host was one of the fastest and best so far we have experienced in the platform, he was responding within minutes. We would like to recommend the place to everyone who wants to visit Epanomi. I forgot one more thing, as originally we had to travel a at the beginning of Septembee but our baby got sick, the host give us the chance to change the dates for any other that would be convenient for us which was great from his side.😊

It was a all around really pleasant experience! The host was very quick to respond and they even provided greek specialities! The place was really close to the beach, about 5min by foot. You can find a lot of restaurants at the seaside. The kitchen was well equiped and very clean. Overall I would full-heartedly recommend this place for your stay in Neoi Epivates!

We had a very warm welcome from the host and she is super helpfull with every need. The place is very centraly located so you have all you need at walking distance. The best thing about the apartment is that it's only a few meters from the sea, so at night it's super relaxing to fall asleep listening to the waves.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός, οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί! Το σημείο που βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι πολύ βολικό. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la această cazare! Totul a fost mult peste așteptări: am găsit tot ce ne trebuia, de la fier și masă de călcat, bețișoare de urechi, hârtie igienică și de bucătărie, până la espressor de cafea, prosoape mici și mari, geluri de duș și șampon. Cazarea arată mult mai bine decât în poze și este excelent amplasată, aproape de plaje private și de faleza cu magazine. Camerele sunt luminoase, spațioase, curate și aerisite, cu aer condiționat perfect funcțional. Televizoarele au YouTube și Netflix, iar frigiderul și vesela erau impecabile. Recomand cu drag!

I've been traveling for a while now, and I'm free to say that Mr Manos is one of the best hosts and persons I have met. He is kind, lovely, helpful, I am very happy we stayed here. Η εμπειρία μας στη βίλα ΙΧΩΡ, ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος ανάμεσα στη θάλασσα και τον Όλυμπο προσφέροντας την τέλεια ισορροπία μεταξύ χαλάρωσης και πρόσβασης σε διάφορες δραστηριότητες. Στην γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για διασκέδαση, όπως παραλίες, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα και μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας. Το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις.Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα, διακοσμημένα με γούστο και φροντίδα, ενώ οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, όπως η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι . Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, είναι εξίσου εντυπωσιακός, με έναν περιποιημένο κήπο ,λίμνη με ψάρια και πισίνα που προσφέρουν στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Καθώς και ένας εξοπλισμένος παιδότοπος ιδανικός για τα παιδιά Η φιλοξενία του Θάνου έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη και άνετη αφού απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε μας ερώτηση και μας έδωσε πολλές προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Συνολικά, η βίλα προσφέρει μια εμπειρία διαμονής.

Είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι, πολύ ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, το σπίτι ταίριαζε απόλυτα με τις φωτογραφίες, ήταν καθαρό και ζεστό, θα το επέλεγα ξανά για διαμονή στην περιοχή.

Το σπιτι ηταν εξαιρετικο!! Πανεμορφο, διακοσμημενο με προσεγμενη καθε λεπτομερεια. Πεντακαθαρο. Ευρυχωρο με πολυ μεγαλο ωραιο κηπο επισης πεντακαθαρο. Και το σημαντικοτερο, οι οικοδεσποτες οπως και η κυρια Λενα που φροντιζει το σπιτι ηταν πολυ φιλοξενοι πολυ ευγενικοι και μας εκαναν να νιωθουμε πολυ καλα. Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα και μακαρι να μπορεσουμε να το επισκεφθουμε ξανα!!

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Dieses schöne große Unterkunft ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist vorhanden. Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer, der erste Kaffee wird durch Ruhe, Sonnenaufgang und Meerblick versüßt. im Oktober bei mäßigem Klima und außerhalb der Saison hatten wir eine erholsame Zeit. Fantastic and homely studio flat. Very comfortable, charming design and all the facilities you’ll need. Great little terraced garden too. Quiet, residential (and hilly!) neighbourhood. You’ll need a car (and satnav!) but ideal location to explore the amazing Macedonian Royal Tombs and museum at Vergina. Appreciated Ermioni’s clear instructions, easy access and kind, welcoming cakes!

Very clean apartment and much more spacious than it looks in the photos. The host is friendly, hospitable and her apartment caters to your every need. The location is extremely peaceful and offers clean mountain air. The town itself is perfect for vacation, with a very welcoming atmosphere and extraordinary local cuisine. It is a good staging point for hikes into Mount Olympus or trips to the beach, which is a 15 minute car ride away from the premises. Would definitely recommend Evangelia's apartment to anyone looking for a disconnect from urban noise and overpriced tourist hotspots!

We stayed in this apartment for 4 weeks and really enjoyed it. The location of the apartment is excellent, especially for those who love spending time by the sea. The balcony offers a great view. The apartment has air conditioning, which is crucial during the summer. There is plenty of parking around the building, and we never had to search for a spot. A car is necessary for this area because the nearest supermarket is a few kilometers away, although it is also accessible by bus. The value for money is outstanding. Pavlos is very friendly, always responds quickly to any questions, and is always ready to help.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλό και ο Νίκος ένας άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Η περιοχή ήσυχη, αλλά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της μικρής πόλης όπου υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια και μπαράκια. Το σούπερ μάρκετ σε απόσταση αναπνοής, γενικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, πεντακάθαρο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο κέντρο, με πολύ άνετο χώρο παρκινγκ. Οι οικοδεσπότες, η κυρία Βασιλική και ο κύριος Αντώνης, ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και ξυπηρετικοί! Μας βοήθησαν σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε! Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Πολύ καλή επιλογή για οικογένειες και για ζευγάρια! Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

This place was great! It has modern things you need with a cool vibe. The host treats you like family in their home. There are 3 balconies! You get a dedicated parking space in a private garage - the host had us follow them in our car to make sure we knew where it was and how to get in. local markets right across the street or a larger grocery store with in walking distance.
