Large sun terrace with private sun terrace in the garden. There are small swimming lakes and child-friendly excursion destinations nearby, in winter sled hills. Lake Constance can be reached in 1/2 hour. A small place with everything necessary is just 2 km away , Ravensburg - with its old town with cafes and shops in just 15 min.

Die 40qm große Ferienwohnung +10qm großem Balkon befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex, der ca. 700 m vom Weißensee und 10km von der Breitenbergbahn entfernt liegt. Die Umgebung ist perfekt zum Baden, Skifahren, Wandern, Radfahren. Pool und Sauna sind über einen Kellergang zu erreichen sind. Auf der Außenanlage gibt es Grillplatz, Tennisplatz, Minigolfanlage. Wichtig: Im Nov haben Pool & große Sauna wg. Wartung ab ca. 5.11. geschlossen. Die kleine Sauna (bis 4 Personen) bleibt geöffnet.

Sawmill Eschachthal Apartment Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill, before drowning in the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved, in particular, by the refurbished visible beams. The house is located at 900m altitude, the climate is therefore somewhat rougher, in the summer yet very sunny. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer, is special.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

However, there is a public parking garage two streets away (Burgstraße 20) for about 20 euros per day.
