Vacation rentals with a patio in Incheon

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The hosts were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make us feel welcome—we truly felt at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Hongik Station. The Hongdae area is full of great restaurants, cafés, and things to do. A fun detail: the apartment is located right above the popular barbershop The Days Hair—we all got our hair cut there and highly recommend it! Even though the apartment is in a lively student neighborhood, it was quiet at night and we all slept very well. We'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Very good location, quiet, great view, easy to reach by public transport, good communication with the host, perfect for a week in Seoul! Definitely recommend! :)

Namin et Jake sont d'excellents hôtes, gentils et accueillants. La communication est facile, tout est très bien organisé et les instructions sont très claires. Le guide de séjour est très pratique. Le logement est impeccable, avec tout le nécessaire et des petites attentions (eau, savon, encas, café...). Et le rooftop est un vrai plus ! Le logement est un peu excentré des zones touristiques mais facilement accessible grâce au métro tout près. Le quartier est calme et il y a des petites rues à proximité avec d'excellents restaurants. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup !

We all had a wonderful time at Namsan-Artminstay. It is a great location and in walking distance for shopping and delicious food as well as Buchanan Hanok Villa. The welcome coffee cakes and discount at the cafe was a very nice touch. We would definitely come again.

The apartment was better than described. Very clean and everthing works. It was easy to check in, probably the easiest among all the apartments I have stayed in. Slept very well as the apartment was quiet. Great views, within minutes of driving to eating places and some attractions. The beach nearby is amazing and there is a cafe at the top of the cliff.

여행 전날 급하게 예약했는데 정말 걱정과 다르게 너무좋았습니다. 특히 제일 좋았던건 위치!! 숙소에서 엘리베이터만 타고 내려오면 멕시칸음식점, 고깃집, 카페, 편의점 등등 부족한게 없이 다~~있구요~~ 걸어서 5분거리엔 현대프리미엄 아울렛도있어서 쇼핑도잘했네요. 또 걸어서 10분 거리엔 관리잘된 실내동물원도 있어서 아이가 엄청 좋아했어요ㅋㅋ 방도 깨끗하고, 날이 추웠는데 난방잘되고 외풍없어서 정말 잘쉬다 왔습니다~~ 이 가격에 이정도 조건이면 정말 가성비 좋은거같아요ㅋㅋ 사장님 인천갈 일 있으면 또 가겠습니다~~!

Picture perfect place, amazing to stay in such a historic home. So many superb sites literally on your doorstep, as well as cute cafes and restaurants. So many lovely and thoughtful amenities available in the place. Please do check the room layout as one bathroom is accessed off the courtyard - this would not be much fun in winter. Also note that it's a restored Hanok so there are some quirks (which are a given when staying in a beautiful old place like this); tall people need to watch themselves on the doors and the bathrooms are wetrooms with shower over toilet. Overall this was an incredible stay, a perfect short taste of the old Korea.

Soluna is a great host! She was always very attentive and flexible with our check-in and check-out schedule. We loved the place and the beds, they are really comfortable and the kitchen utensils seem to be quite new and very nice. The neighborhood is really great with tons of cafes and restaurants around, many nice walkable streets as well. I would definitely come back!

귀여운 진돗개가 맞이해줘서 들어올때부터 기분이 좋습니다 여행 같이 다니는 일행이 온도와 먼지에 민감해서 매번 숙소 다닐때마다 기침이나 코막힘 같은 증상이 있었는데요 여기는 정말 깨끗하고 외풍 없고 따뜻해서 그런지 숨쉬기 너무 편안하고 안락해서 좋았습니다 바베큐 그릴도 좋구요ㅎㅎ 호스트님이 굉장히 친절하시고 모닝커피도 맛이 좋아서 가정집 같이 편안합니다 저는 진도에 오게되면 매번 묵고 싶을 정도로 만족스러웠습니다

단연 최고 입니다! 체크인 전 : 호스트님의 명확한 소통이 참 좋았습니다. 동시에 친절한이 묻어나서 감사했습니다. 또한 문의 사항에 늘 신속히 답변 주셔서 좋았습니다. 눈이와서 사전 제설작업도 꼼꼼히 해 주셨어요. 체크인 후: 실내 실외 마당 그리고 자연경관까지, 흠 잡을 곳이 없이 완벽했습니다. 실내는 유럽풍의 인테리어와 나무향이 가득했고, 심플하면서도 동시에 필요한 것들은 모두 갖추고 있었습니다. 눈이 많이 와서 마당을 이용할 수 는 없었으나 오히려, 눈 덮힌 마당과 정면에 보이는 산들은 마치 스위스 혹은 북해도에 온 것마냥 좋았습니다. 특히 인상깊었던 것은 실내에서 모닥불을 피울 수 있는 화로가 있었던 것인데, 분위기도 좋고 따뜻했습니다. 체크인 후: 마찬가지로 제설작업해 주시어 안전하게 귀가했습니다. 그리고 저희가 아이 장남감을 하나 두고 왔는데 찾으신 후 택배로 보내주실 수 있다고 하시어 특별히 감사했습니다. 국내에서 (서울 근교에서) 이 정도의 자연과 품격있는 시설은 찾기 어려울 것 같고 저희들도 다음번에는 봄 혹은 여름에 한번 더 방문하려고 합니다 (그 땐 수영장도 이용할 수 있겠네요^^) 호스트님 감사하며 올해 웃음과 건강 가득하세요

Jenna was absolutely fantastic and the Airbnb was exactly what I was looking for! Our group had such a great time! The place is in such a great location and every bedroom has its own bathroom! Jenna was super responsive if we had any questions or concerns. She made our visit so easy and concern-free! If you're bringing a group to Seoul, this is the place to stay!

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Logement spacieux et parfait pour 2 familles. Lave-linge et sèche linge à disposition. La terrasse est un plus pour se relaxer. Bus et métro à proximité. Hôte très réactif et attentionné. Parfait pour un premier séjour à Séoul! Grand merci.

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

房子非常好，设施齐全，和在家里一样舒服。空间非常宽敞，孩子们可以跑来跑去的玩耍，不远的地方就是一个大超市，医院药店便利店非常多，交通在门口几步路就是公交，然后是地铁可以去任何地方。房东非常热心，帮我打印资料等方面，非常开心住进这个房屋，你们不会失望

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
