Monthly Rentals in Indian Hills

My friend and I had purchased tickets to see a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. We looked for a place to stay following the concert and noticed the Bear's Den. The setting was amazing, nestled in the woods among the numerous trees and wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with all the materials we needed. The perfect ending was the opportunity to relax in the hot tub after the concert! We plan to stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Momma Jen was so kind and welcoming . Very responsive and had the sheets and the room warmed up so once we got in you were ready to get cozy in bed ! The bath house was great , warm and cozy !

Staying at John’s place was a pleasant experience! From the moment I booked the Tinyhouse, John and Jenn were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were assisting us when we arrived and were always available to answer any queries we had. The property itself was clean, cozy, well-maintained, and with beautiful details in every room. Jenn came at morning to share with us Blueberry Scones which were as warm as her beautiful heart, we could affirm that John and Jenn care deeply about their guests. It was the first time in Colorado, it was the best experience for us, I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for attentive, friendly, knowledgeable hosts. Adored this space and it was so hard to leave. We immediately felt at home. It’s so inviting, everything is so clean, and it has all of the supplies you need plus more. Easy access to hiking, restaurants, coffee shops, and fun things in the local surrounding towns. Our time went by way too fast and I’m already wanting to go back.
