The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and we do not charge any additional costs for children up to 6 years old. Our alpine hut is located at the foot of the "Hörnle," the local mountain of Bad Kohlgrub, in an absolutely quiet location and is the starting point for hikes, ski tours, snowshoeing, sledding and is just 5 minutes from the mountain railway station 1 - 2 dogs are welcome.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. They occupy the entire first floor, their landlord lives in the second. The house is located in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to the public transport connections, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Brunico. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.
