From the front door you can start directly into nature – whether hiking, ski tours, climbing or just walking. You can also quickly reach the Bergeralm ski resort. For a relaxing break, our cafe with a small terrace and mountain views invite you.

Greetings from God at Apart Marie-Therese in Umhausen. Our house has three wonderfully, modernly equipped apartments that are excellent with 4 nobility. Each apartment has a double bedroom with its own bathroom, spacious kitchenette, living area and balcony with mountain views. Enjoy great excursions and attractions in summer with the Ötztal Inside Summer Card, which is included in the price and is valid from the 2nd day of your holiday.

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. A buffet breakfast can be booked on site for € 19 per person/night. 1 person single room 2 person double or twin bed room for more persons I will gladly make an offer - just send a message

Kordiler Haus

The Kordiler Haus is an original ancient tyrolean house, recently refurbished maintaining the same original structure and materials. A great charm place ! The area available is on two floors , all in stone and wood, with a huge window on the valley. It's equipped with original ancient furnitures and many cozy details. It's near the ski arena and can host up to 8 persons. con due bagni, cucina funzionale e ampio tavolo da pranzo.

Located directly at the ski slopes, hiking trails and mountain bike trails! Our house offers a cozy, family atmosphere! Sunny and quiet location directly at the valley run, t-bar lift, ski school and bike park. Ski in/out, bike in/out. Ideal starting point for all kinds of sports, summer and winter. Playground at the house. We are bike home partner: lockable storage room, laundry service (for a fee), bike assembly stand incl. tools.

Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house.
