Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

The apartment was newly renovated and refurbished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental at the neighbor. Our newly equipped holiday apartment is situated in the middle of nature, the lovely Schambachtal close to a Biergarten which serves you lovely regional food and wine. The apartment has a double boxspring bed and a comfortable convertable Couch. So two people and maximum 2 children or 3 adults can be hosted.The kitchen is fully equiped with Senseo coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, coffee pads, spices etc. Towels and bed linnen are included as well as fresh fruit and different beverages.

Eine große Parkmöglichkeit liegt vor dem Haus. Sie wohnen in einem Denkmalgeschützen Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1900. Es bietet Ihnen den idealen Start um von hieraus zu Fuß mit dem Rad, dem PKW oder dem ÖPNV die Pfalz und das malerische Umland zu erkunden. Und gleichzeitig wohnen sie in der Stadt mit Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.

The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.
