Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. My place is in the middle of nature and close to everything. Hiking, cross country skiing and mountain-biking start from the houses door. Siegsdorf city for daily shopping is 5 min drive. Next little lake for a swim is found in 10km and Chiemsee beach in a 20min drive. Ideal for relxed winter sport activities. Ski lifts, ice skating at Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden , Reit im Winkel and more are found in 6-35km. In spring, summer and autumn You can enjoy hiking at its best.

In only 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Höglwörth lake and the former Augustinian canons' monastery via a small hill. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the village square in Anger with shopping facilities and gastronomy. And enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the Berchtesgaden mountains.
