Very nice apartment in a central spot. Clean and nice. We were very happy.

I had a great month long stay at Katerina’s. She was really great with communication. The internet was slow at first but she sent someone the same day to fix it. The roof terrace is huge and the view is beautiful. There is a coffee shop right below and it’s a nice neighbourhood. It’s about €7 into the centre in a taxi. The bed is quite small so would definitely suit one person, but I would definitely recommend and visit again. Thanks Katerina!

It was spotless and very nice bed, the owner was very nice. Everything was flawless!! I just went to a Halloween and the price was a little tighter! Anyway, everything was perfect!!

I have to say that beyond the fact that it was very clean friendly welcoming and beautiful the house we stayed in, that the people were wonderful! it is definitely value for money and more!!!

Easy to find and close to the center, the fort and the best part of Ioannina. Easy to Park in the street as well. communication with Orestis was really easy and I had a great time. Would recommend it !

this is the nicest house we have been, nicely decorated , like a real dream vacation home. kitchen with everything you need, gave us advice on activities, restaurants everything we wanted to know. the house is in a village, all neighbors came to say hello, the cute dog, cat and even a 🐓. and there is fireplace ready with all equipment needed. we sure will like to come again

Everything was amazing! If I could have a neighbor like her I’d love it or rent from her it would be amazing I’d assume. Very kind and nice, showed us around the Airbnb and how to use everything. The warning about the cats was a true thing. Cats around there are not to be messed with. I didn’t get close to any but one did like try to scare me. Obviously, I’m not scared of cats so I didn’t care. But there’s no need to go near them or anything. It was beautiful and very well kept I’d stay here again no questions!!!

A fresh and fully functional apartment, with everything you may need. Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and practical. Vassilis and Joy welcomed us warmly and even though we stayed very short, it was absolutely worth it. The greenery and sounds of nature are also very relaxing. I highly recommend it!

Smiris was very welcoming and nice. We got to the Airbnb fairly late and he was there to greet us and show us to our room. Through out our whole stay he was available for any question we had, and always asked how we were doing. The place was was very clean and the view to the mountains was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying there during your visit to Ioannina.

A lovely space in a really beautiful location. A cozy, beautiful house, with a large garden and playground, very close to the city of Ioannina, in a quiet and green village. Alexandros was a great host, always there for us. The home was great and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Mrs. Alexandra was a great host ,very kind and always available to help and inform us . The house was excellent ,spotless , tidy, and organized . Just like in the photos that have been posted.

A warm and welcoming space exactly as shown in the photos. Clean house, spacious and comfortable even for a group of 6 like us. We didn't miss anything, fully equipped, large rooms, with heating and hot water throughout our stay. In a quiet location very close to the center. There is also a parking spot right outside the house. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to feel at home on vacation.

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Spyros is one of the friendliest hosts we've met. The accomodation was spotlessly clean and the premises had parking / easy access to Ioannina center. The appartment was well equiped and big enough to host 5 persons. All in all, this was a great stay.
