The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is breathtaking. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast, and you have a wonderful view of the garden with its pond and barbecue area.

Enjoy a great stay in the centre of Zell am Moos. Public swimming areas, restaurants and local shops are within walking distance of the fully equipped 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor. The apartment also has a desk if you want to move your office to the beautiful Irrsee for a few days. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. A local tax of EUR 3.10 per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site.
