Our house is located in the center of Zell am Moos. 3 public bathing areas are within 5 minutes' walking distance. In the village there are inns, a coffee house and buffets at the bathing areas. There is also a bakery, butcher, tobacconist, supermarket, doctor with pharmacy, dentist, hairdresser. Activities: Various signposted bike trails lead to magnificent viewpoints. Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

The "Seewirt Holiday Home" - a log cabin, which creates an pleasant room climate thanks to its solid wood construction and offers every comfort in addition to the beautiful furnishings. Located just 2 minutes' walk from the lake shore with its beautiful bathing area, the "Seewirt Holiday Home" offers a large garden with a private terrace, outdoor dining table and sun loungers. The Seewirt's landlady, Johanna Enzinger, is looking forward to your visit!

My accommodation is good for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children) . The apartment has a total of 3 rooms for up to 4 people . Center of Mondsee is 10 minutes walk (1,5km) , the city of Salzburg 25 min. by car or 45 min. by bus line 140 Parking available.

Upon arrival, Annemarie will show you around the house. You can talk to Annemarie in German and English.
