The residence is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Grundsund - a wonderful place.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. The house is excellent condition and contains what you need for a few days of nice relaxation or a more active vacation. Multi-crowded patios with furniture for food and rest. Take a shower in our outdoor shower and then enjoy a while in the hot tub. It is less than 10 min walk to nice sea bath. If you are in a hurry, you can borrow a bicycle. Skaftö is amazing with nice swimming, lovely and exciting walks and hiking.

Newly built house (2019) of 44sqm with the possibility to live five people. The house is beautiful situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is an oak tree that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also the five minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and rocks in the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
