In the basement the bedroom with 2 windows and a 1.80 m wide bed. In front of the house, the bus goes to the S-Bahn and to Erding. There is a Rewe market opposite. There is a terrace with an awning and a secluded, completely fenced garden. Pets are welcome and a private garage and parking spaces are available!
