The villa is located 50 m from the sea, in the private area of Capo d'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Capoliveri, very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypress trees and overlooking the cliff, has a relaxation area equipped with a pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It's not a place for very lively children.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Independent entrance from the garden with ample outdoor space where you can eat.

Our apartment is in a great location, a few steps from the promenade and beaches, from the center of the village (Marciana Marina) and close to all amenities (supermarket, bar, bank, ATM, pizzeria, gas station, hardware store, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, barber, bus stop), all within walking distance. Its proximity to the sea makes it perfect for those who do not want to travel by car. It has a private parking lot, under the house, on the property.

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED THE ACCOMMODATION TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EACH NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment for the total of the nights booked.
