Vacation rentals with a patio in Isola d' Elba

Accommodation matches the photos: very well equipped. Access to the village of Capoliveri is easy (even on foot) The very large pool made the children happy. The only downside could be the shower, relatively narrow. We had a great holiday and would recommend this listing.

Very difficult to summarize how nice it was to be Alberto's guests who from the first contacts have always been exquisitely kind, he waited for us upon arrival with thoughtful attention showing us his beautiful house that is much more beautiful than in the photos and the necessary information. The house at any time is full of light and exquisitely furnished spaces that the sea sometimes forgets... I didn't know Marciana Marina, but thanks to this wonderful week I'm sure I'll be back very soon. Thank you Alberto 🌹

Alessia's place is very well located in Portoferraio, a short walk to Ghiaie beach, the city center and the ferry. It matches the description, is comfortable and functional. The private terrace and garden are a plus. Alessia is very welcoming and caring. She is available if needed and has offered us croissants several times for breakfast. We recommend:)

We had a very enjoyable stay at Giacomo's place. We enjoyed the location very much. Slightly secluded yet not too far from Porto Azzuro. The communication with Giacomo was also very pleasant.

Nice flat, close to two beautiful beaches (reachable by foot)! Super nice view from the terrace.

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house... a wonderful terrace with sea views, which we liked and often used... a few steps to three very nice and clean beaches... in the kitchen everything was available... a very quiet place, which we greatly appreciated.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

We spent beautiful days on Elba as a family. The children could play in the garden, the beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. We were alone in the cottage, it was quiet and has everything you need. I particularly highlight the very good communication before and during the stay with the owners and Ivana. Ivana lives in Elba and takes care of everything on site. She is adorable and always very friendly and helpful! Thank you again!

Beautiful bungalow with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and private veranda. Great communal pool and well-kept garden with deck chairs. From the house, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car! Good internet, wifi and mobile network theoretically allow work from anywhere. Easy check-in and out.

Nice apartment with as plus points the loggia with sea view and a parking space in front of the door. Close to restaurants and beach, via a short route. Marciana Marina is a quiet and cozy village. Funny thing is that a well-known series is recorded at Barlume by the harbor.

Welcome to paradise! If it's after me, then Marta and Andrea have the nicest place I've ever been to (at least since I enjoy the tranquility more than the turbulent life😅)! Not only the ambiance in the apartment, especially the great location made our stay memorable. In the morning by the two dear dogs, greeted by the alpacas at noon and in between we marveled at the rabbit, the turtles and the chickens! Andrea and Marta were also always available and even helped us with a car breakdown without hesitation. Our one-year-old son was just as sad as we were when we had to leave. This will definitely not have been our last visit with them. We felt at home and highly recommend staying with the two! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Very well designed new furnishings, impeccable kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Very good pots and pans. Very chic newly designed bathroom, new French doors and shutters, and new floors. Well-maintained outdoor facilities and magnificent swimming pool. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is beautiful. The construction substance is high quality. It is super clean, everything you need is available. The location is Génial, everything is within walking distance. Very nice place! The host is very responsive and helpful! A great place to spend your vacation close to amazing beaches, nice cities and good restaurants.

The stay at Sofia's apartment was very nice. The great view was a highlight and the air conditioning was worth gold at the hot temperatures! Unfortunately, the upper sleeping area could not be cooled as well as downstairs as the air conditioner is downstairs. Kitchen and bathroom were conveniently equipped. If you eat more often, the kitchen area was sufficient. Particularly noteworthy is Sofia's hospitality and helpfulness. She was always responsive, gave a lot of helpful tips and took care of everything. She even brought us a kettle and helped us pay for a parking ticket. Thank you so much for everything and the beautiful time in Punta Ala, Sofia!☀️
