Charmant studio de 42 m2 entièrement refait à neuf, pour 2 personnes, situé en plein centre ville d’Issoudun. Le logement est proche de l’église Saint-Cyr ainsi que de la Tour Blanche. Vous trouverez une cour extérieure de 8m2 vous permettant de profiter des journées ensoleillées notamment le jacuzzi à votre disposition ainsi qu’une plancha et barbecue. Plusieurs commerces se situent à proximité. Veuillez noter que le jacuzzi n’est pas utilisable de novembre à mars.

It is located in a quiet hamlet, close to the beautiful sites of the region (Beauval 35 minutes away), Château de la Loire and Center Parcs. The accommodation is composed of a living room/kitchen, a bathroom, a large bedroom upstairs with toilet. Guests can also enjoy a garden (sun loungers, barbecue, garden furniture). Capacity: - ideal for a family of 3/4 people

The studio is located on the upper floor of our house, with independent entrance (new exterior staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
