Excellent host excellent location. Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect as described, cleanliness and comfort the strong point, great location, just 500 meters from the sea in a very quiet area. I only had a few problems with the shower stall, a little too small but overall satisfactory. Recommended apartment

This was such a great place for respite and slowing down. Felt very comfortable and at home. Beautiful location on top of a hill with great views and amenities. Loved the routine of going to the sauna and whirlpool after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back again!

The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere due to the pine wood, I felt very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even a dishwasher is provided. From the small balcony you have a wonderful view of the Vinschgau and the mountain peaks all around. Perfect for hiking, but also for relaxing and enjoying. In the village there are many restaurants that are also within walking distance with a little walk. Also practical is the South Tyrol card for train and bus as well as the card for the swimming pool! Markus and his wife are very helpful and warm and were always available when there was something.

Wonderful accommodation, Oana is an impeccable Host, friendly and kind right away. The house is even better than the photos! It's a quiet, warm, and welcoming environment. The location is great, in a few minutes by car you can get to the main towns. It was a very relaxing weekend and we will definitely be back!

House on two floors just renovated, everything brand new, very clean and in order. In a quiet and peaceful area. Parking space inside the very useful courtyard. Denis is a nice host, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

Location fantastic. Next to tram and trendy delicious restaurants. Building is super high tech with security guard access. Balcony has fantastic view. Perfection. Overnight evening parking easy and free. Sundays amazing flea market at your doorstep! 💎❤️

We only stayed one night at Residence Lake Como and truly wish it could have been longer. Our apartment was beautiful—spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and very comfortable. A real treat was the location: just 100 meters from the lake shore, offering magnificent, uninterrupted views of the water and surroundings. Although it was a bit tricky to find at first, our host was proactive, reaching out with clear directions and helpful tips. Check-in was smooth and done in advance, allowing us to settle in immediately. When we arrived late and needed some milk, she went above and beyond to help. We highly recommend Residence Lake Como for an unforgettable, lakeside experience.

I stayed here with my husband and baby . We absolutely loved our visit. The apartment is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but just a short walk the centre. The interior is nicely designed and the structure of the building means that it is nice and cool inside. We particularly loved the spacious roof terrace which had space for our baby to play and a nice seating area to enjoy a glass of wine. We would highly recommend this accommodation

Our stay at Cristina's place was perfect. She provided clear instructions, was very responsive to any questions and was flexible for check out. All highly appreciated. The house was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, in a little village well connected to Lake Iseo and other cities, with very easy access to the highway.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Tommaso was a very courteous host in answering the "many" questions asked and Loredana's welcome was warm and impeccable. The house has a perfect garden for those like me traveling with their dogs

The house had a fantastic location with a great view, you could admire the sunrise. We could enjoy the great terrace, which was also protected by wind. We'll be back here for sure.

Old building but renovated apartment. Not very big but for two people it's perfect. Everything is well cared for, fragrant blankets, impeccable cleanliness. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were also provided in the shower (apart from the train nearby but at night we did not hear it). We had a very, very good time and if we ever come back to those parts, we will definitely come back to book. Ivana was super cute. Everything was super 🙂💪🏻

So much thought & care in this accommodation. Your host is generous with her time greeting you and settling you in. Outstanding views over the Lake. Spacious well appointed ammenities. Very secure. Parking immediately below in small public car park. Easy 5 min run to shops & town. You will spend hours on the main balcony listening to distant church bells. Truly a Super Host. An instant favourite.

The appartment is very good situated. The host was very friendly and helpful. They have comfortable beds and the place was clean. Although the lack of natural light in the living room is too bad. Never the less we had a wonderful stay and were close to everything in the center, which makes it easy to be out and about all the time.

Giuseppina was very attentive to our needs, she accommodated us on our arrival time which was delayed due to transport. Gave us clear instructions on use of appliances, and sorting garbage. Sent us recommendations to restaurant that was incredibly good, perfect for us. Always greeted us with a lovely smile and had her apartment prepared for our visit just right. Certainly recommend it to friends and relatives who wish to stay at a comfortable, clean and quiet place in Florence. It is especially close to the historical center and the river with its beautiful bridge. I would stay here again! Nicola is also a kind man with a gentle smile, responding to messages quickly. Roberto was a great host, responsive and catered to our delayed arrival, personally saw we gained access to the apartment, provided immediate recommendations for dinner. Location was great, in between the Canal and downtown so walkable to both areas. Parking extra bonus given we have a rental car. Only downside if you are a light sleeper is the tram starts up early and likely to hear it, otherwise I highly recommend Roberto and his apartment.

Great clean apartment and also great furnishings The super helpful and non-tax host! That this is so much since many are really stubborn Attentive to the details and welcome kit! If I go back, I will definitely think about this apartment, not even the location 💖
