This is a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1000 meters, Iizuna Kogen. Newly built in 2022, simple cabin full of wood aromas. Just walk for about 10 minutes and you'll encounter so many beautiful scenery. Please take a look at Mt. Iino from Oza Hoshi Pond. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi Ward)! It is about a 7-minute walk from the next nearest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen). You can also come by public transport. Walking distance to forest stations, Iizuna soba, ramen, burgers, and other restaurants. About a 25-minute drive from Nagano Station and Zenkoji.Togakushi Shrine is about a 15-minute drive away. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. Please also use it for climbing mountains to Togakushi Kodo, Amato-mi Trail, and Mt. Iinjo. If you want to go to the hot springs, it's about a 15-minute drive to the Tenbukan on Lake Reisenji. The public bath is about a 5-minute drive to Asoviva. There is a discount on the bathing fee. This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noises. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. Enjoy cooking with a kitchen counter with stunning views, condiments, and a cooker.(There is no equipment for BBQ.)

The first floor has four sets of mattresses in a tatami room., with kitchen, bath and toilet. The second floor has wooden flooring and a two shingle beds. You can spend comfortable time with your family or group. A microwave, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a cooker, and other daily necessities are provided. There is a seafood market, ramen shop, and supermarket in the neighborhood. There is a kitchen in the room, where you can buy fresh fish and cook for yourself.

It is less than 5 minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.
