Our holiday flat is new and lovingly furnished and provides all anemities and comforts you are used to from back home. In addition to all standard electrical appliances you will also find a coffee machine, toaster and a kettle in the kitchen. Our bathroom has two washbasins and a shower, the WC is separate. There are two bedrooms in the flat, each with a double bed. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected. There is a sofa-bed in the living room where a child can sleep if necessary. You are welcome to park your car in our garage which is located in the opposite building approx. 50 m from the holiday flat.

NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.

The property is located at the center of the Hopfgarten market town of Hopfgarten. The gondola lift can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the central parking lot, the Brixentaler Dom and the Berglift train station are also in the immediate vicinity. Around the apartment there are restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. The apartment is the ideal starting point for numerous activities, from skiing tobogganing, hiking, bathing or simply relaxing in our wonderful mountains.
