Vacation rentals with a sauna in İzmir

Nevzat and Dogan were both amazing and very helpful, the property was exactly as described and in pristine condition. The amenities were as described and all functional, sauna, table tennis and the pool were all lovely, there is so much more to say but the property and the hosts do the talking.

The house was spotlessly clean. The bed linen was bought and replaced just for me. The projector as a TV was really pleasant. Netflix and YouTube Premium were already set up for me. There was all the kitchen utensils I needed. The place was easy for me to get to, very close to the highway. Atıl was very helpful and friendly on the next visit to İzmir I will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The location of the chalet was great; offering a serene and tranquil setting within nature. Although the weather was rainy, the enjoyment of our holiday was never diminished thanks to the heated pool — it was a completely different experience to enjoy the hot water in the rain. The house was spotless, the decor was very stylish, and the host was very interested in everything. A place we would definitely want to come back to. Thanks!

First of all, everything was perfect, thought out and planned, the interior of the house was spotless, the place was clean, the place contacted us and asked if we had a request, the pool was cleaned, boyoz and eggs were brought for breakfast in the morning, and we also had tea and coffee and sent off nicely, thank you for your interest and relevance

me and my fiancée are a couple who cares about privacy and what can I say Mr. Osman is a wonderful host. If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. The neighborhood and the environment are very nice for the couples:) he offers my thanks to Mr. Osman for his help, we are patient to prefer him in the next stay...

Meric is a WONDERFUL host. Incredibly responsive and so kind. We felt right at home with fresh baked goods, filtered water and hot tea waiting for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful - better than the pictures. Very spacious and the pool was great. Literally across the street from the sea and a 2 minute walk to the Çiftlikköy beach. The house is located on a peaceful strip in the nearby town next to Çeşme. There is a local minibus that runs service every 30 mins for 35tl to take you to Çeşme. Local restaurants were great. We had recommendations from her assistant Ugur. Ugur was incredible- very kind man who help us organize taxis, drove us himself and helped with any concerns in the house. One comment- if you are planning to work remote contact Meric first to make sure internet speed has been addressed. This was one bump we had. However when I reached out to Meric she provided an alternative for our work needs with accommodation . Overall wonderful home with amazing host and assist

The house located at the heart of the most historic places in the city. We love the backyard, it was very peaceful. House perfectly handled 8 grown ups and 4 babies!
