Vacation rentals with a fireplace in İzmir

The house was better than shown from the photos and it was big, the hot pool was clean and the temperature was adequate. Kitchen utensils looked like they hadn't been used for a long time. There was also a heating problem, we were cold before lighting the fireplace.

We had a very nice stay experience. Everything you might need in the house was more than enough. The house was very clean and stylish. Mr. Ali Ozan is very helpful. You can stay here with peace of mind.

cleaning was the cleanest in the houses I stayed in. The heating was sufficient. The fact that there are 3 toilets in the house is very useful, especially for families. We only prepared breakfast in the morning, but I think the equipment was generally sufficient. The balcony on the kitchen side is very pleasant and quiet, especially in the evening. There is also a sarman cat there all the time:) We are not uncomfortable, but she loves herself, but if there are those who do not like, I wanted to share it in the sense of information. Mr. Mert and his wife are very friendly and caring. It is a house where you will find peace in the lush nature with its garden and rabbits, and it is very close to the center. Everything you need is available at home, even possible situations have been considered. Every house I preferred was clean, but the linens and pillows in this house were so clean that we felt more at home. We would love to come back, I highly recommend it.

it's a much nicer place than it looks in the photos, the interior of the place was spotless and the view with its outdoor garden and it was amazing. Mr. Erkan was very kind, a place we would definitely choose again

The house is very nice. Very close to places to visit. You can walk around all of Ayvalik. A wonderfully restored Greek house. Very convenient for families with children. The only problem is that the house is a little up and the streets are narrow to reach the house. But the advantage of being upstairs is that it has a sea view. If you want to stay in a Greek house, this is more or less all Greek houses. Thank you Mr. Nurullah. If I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is centrally located or even next to the historical elevator, but parking really turns into an ordeal because there's not even a parking lot around. The house was really clean. The view was nice, but even though the windows were closed, the cold weather made it difficult to sit in the living room. Everything was great except for these issues.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. We were very well accommodated. We were never disturbed. We had our vacation as if we were in our own home. Everything was very nice.

great apartment with a lot of attention to detail and a lively neighborhood

It was a pleasure to stay at Cansu's apartment! Her apartment has a magical view on the golf of Izmir, it is on walking distance from restaurants, public transport and places worth visiting! The apartment is beautiful decorated and has all the amenities you might need. Cansu was very welcoming and helped us with advises on everything we needed. We warmly recommend it to anyone wishing to experience the charm of İzmir and its golf, we would definetly be coming back! Thank you Cansu!

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

A well appointed apartment in a convenient neighbourhood to explore Izmir. Street parking is tough but there is a paid lot across the street.

Sonia is a great host that welcomed us with respect and patience. We really enjoyed staying in the house and I would personally recommend it to anyone who’s thinking about staying in Çeşme. The beach is so close, just a 10 minute walk. Although big markets were pretty far from the house, there are still some that are just 5-10 minutes away as well. Thanks to Sonia for a wonderful experience ❤️

Until the end of our reservation, the host, Mr. Ramazan, was very helpful. The house was just like in the photos. We didn't get any surprises. Mr. Ramazan's communication is perfect. Instantly responsive, solution-oriented. She has a lot of control over the items in the house. She immediately completed what she saw missing. He's a great host. The house is just like in the photos. Ideal for the family. Amenities, grocery stores, etc. are within reach. The location is in a central location compared to the bazaar, the beach and the city center. The pool was spotless and the location with the sun is very good. Unlike many villas around, the pool's sunbathing continues from morning to sunset. Household items are quite sufficient. There is nothing missing. We enjoyed it very much. This villa is very ideal if you are thinking of a quiet holiday.

The place is great. It’s clean, quiet with a great host. The only thing that bugged me was the fact that the host refused to provide extra toilet paper and no paper towels.

We had a wonderful stay at Fisun’s place. The house was beautiful, well located, spacious and had everything we needed. Fisun and her family were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Can definitely recommend staying here. Next time, we can hopefully stay even longer.

Place was very clean and close to the market. 10 minutes walking to Cesme Market. Mücahit was very friendly and Responsive! Everything was great. I’ll recommend this place for your Vacation stay!

The accommodation experience offered by Mr. Şerafettin in Çeşme was really great. The house was very spacious and immaculately clean, every detail was thoughtfully thought out. Everything we saw in the photos was presented in person and we didn't get any surprises. The host supported us in case of any problems or needs, regardless of the time, which allowed us to have a comfortable and peaceful holiday. Even though we were in November, being able to use the pool was also a big plus thanks to the pool heating system. Highly recommend, thank you Mr. Şerafettin!

Everything was very nice in the house where we came with 6 people. Ms. Şehriban and her daughter Ayşin helped with everything, the location is very nice, grocery entertainment venues, buffet, etc. We hope we can do it again next year:)
