Impeccable, convenient and comfortable apartment. The location is in a quiet and nice area with restaurants, a nearby spot for some shopping and with different transportation within a 10mn walk. I was there with my 2 kids. It was a really good time.

We spent an extended weekend in Blaichach and it was all great. When cooking, you have a great view of the green (provided the weather is with :)). The location is right on the street, but the windows are mega soundproof and you can't hear anything. Really great. The apartment is spacious and cozily furnished with everything you need.

We visited for the 2nd time and it was great again. The apartment is quiet and you can get everywhere quickly by car. Gladly come back.

We felt very comfortable with Lucie. The apartment was superbly equipped and we didn't miss anything. The view of the mountains such as the Hohe Ifen or the Walmendingerhorn as well as the valley is incredible. We had a great vacation. Communication was also very good. The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

The view directly of the Zugspitze is unique! A very friendly and family atmosphere. We were very warmly welcomed and had a great time!

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the short trip at Lake Schliersee very much. Great quiet location with large parking on the property, clean apartment with nice balcony and nice, friendly landlords. Amenities were perfect. Welcome drink, fresh fruit and in the kitchen everything you need.

We felt extremely comfortable and would have preferred to stay for 2 weeks. Everything you need is sufficiently available. Our kids loved it too. We will be very happy to come back if we are around. Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.
