With photo-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please, no wild parties or drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!

This Guest house is a Fantastic Place to rest and relax. Set on 10 beautiful acres overlooking pastures with Cows, Horses, and Chickens. We have an isolated feel but are just minutes from Hwy 11 and Interstate 20. The guest house has its own private deck with fantastic pastoral views. There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home, right on the water of Jackson Lake, 20 min drive from Monticello, Covington and Jackson, GA, known for Vampire Diaries and Stranger Things! Swim, fish, ski, kayak, or just relax on the deck, dock or patio. Boat ramp located within one mile. Home has a swimming dock and a dock for boat hookup. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Maximum of 9 overnight guests and 5 cars allowed on the property. Maximum of 12 people total, day or night, allowed.

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
