The place is exactly as seen in the pictures. Very quiet and safe. The pool and common areas are spotless. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back again!

Everything was fine, only the little detail that bothered us in terms of health, that smoking is allowed in the facilities and the smell is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant both in the pool and in the apartment. However, Priscila was attentive to give us answers at all times.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect; it was centrally located and close to everything we needed. The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with all the little details thoughtfully taken care of. Our host went above and beyond — incredibly responsive and helpful with anything and everything we needed throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

Everything was has described. my contact, Marlon, was responsive in a quick manner. If I needed something they would provide promptly. Well situated. I really liked my stay and will probably book again next year.

Beautiful neighborhood, very safe and quiet, close to the beach and central area. It had everything you need. Great amenitis.

The place is superb! I loved how easy access was, the house was spotless, and we loved the different spaces. I went as a family and liked that they had some things to play, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and my questions were always answered. Excellent host, super recommended!

We really enjoyed Jeff's place from the start. It was very nice and a great place to relax by the pool. When it was time to go fishing, it could not be more convenient. I hope to comeback next year. Thank you Jeff, you're a great host.

We had a lovely time at Bonita’s place. The place is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The air conditioners are all working well. The condominium is well maintained. There is a beach at the end of the road, takes about 15 -20 mins to walk there.

Very nice condo! decoration of the apartment was very appealing. Everything was super comfortable specially if you’re traveling with kids,…we would have liked to stay longer! Thank you very much especially for answering all of our questions within minutes!

This was my first time in Jaco so I wasn't sure what to expect. The location was great for restaurants, beach, night life and a grocery store is only steps away. The place was exceptionally well kept, high-end appliances and furnishings, and great AC. If you find the hot water isn't lasting, simply call the front desk and they will be there immediately to adjust the settings. My favorite part was that once you were inside and by the pool you were completely secluded from the hustle and bustle of Jaco. KoKo Gastro Bar, Café Bohío, and Green Room Cafe Bar are worth checking out. Also, the El Point Jaco Beach is a great place to get a coctail and watch tbe surfers.

The place is small but beautifully cozy, every detail in the space was meticulously cared for. I want to thank Marilyn as well as Cindy, unfortunately there is only a maximum of 5 stars but both deserve much more than that, the excellent attention, the always being attentive, the kindness makes this space unique. Totally recommended, place I'll be back whenever I get a chance.

This place was as it was described but even better! Hosts were great! Apartment was wonderful! So close all amenities. Super close to the beach! Hosts provided recommendations when asked. Pool was great! All around a great experience! Definitely worth 5 stars!

Anik and Phil were very responsive to our questions and requests, the condo was in a great location, walking distance to beach, great restaurants and lots of shops but set back enough from the town for a quiet environment, set in beautiful surroundings, very pretty gardens that were very well maintained daily by the condo gardeners. Pool was also clean and a good size too, never felt crowded, lots of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. It was great to be able to BBQ on the premises. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and loved the fact that there was plenty of room in the condo even when our son and his wife came to visit for a week with the two grandchildren, we never felt crowded. There is lots of storage space in the condo and very well equipped with all necessities, lots of coat hangers, wall hooks, towels, tons of dishes, cutlery, kitchenware etc. washer and dryer a bonus as we were there for a long stay. We would definitely recommend staying here.

All was perfect! All clean! It’s a Safety place Just I have a improvement the bathroom have a big problem, please check this problem before rent the apartment is very complicated avoid use the toilet :( The toilet doesnt works!!!

I had a lovely stay at Anyas place! Great location, very clean. Anya was responsive and very accommodating. I had all the essentials and tools I needed for a comfortable stay. Super comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place if you want to be close to the action yet a quiet place.
