Kind owner / host. The location is for people who want to be party, be in the nightlife, and don't mind music till late. The balcony is beautiful. The bed is comfortable. The AC was crisp.

Another fun stay here! You can't ask for a better location in the center of Jacó. This is a very lively area, so if you are a light sleeper, definitely bring earplugs.

The atmosphere of the condominium is healthy, familiar, the apartment is just as it appears in photos!! I would definitely go again

Michael was an incredible host. He gave us bikes to get around, helped us with local activities and surf lessons, and had fresh local fruit waiting for us when we arrived. He was easy to communicate with and always responsive. We are lucky we were able to stay at Michael's place.

The place is 10/10 with the views, the location is 10/10 walking distance to everything I would definitely stay here again. We loved it big bedrooms each one has a bathroom. A+++++++

The place is comfortable, very cozy, and private — perfect for relaxing and enjoying some peace and quiet. It’s in a great location, close to the beach and supermarkets, which made our stay very convenient. It has everything you need for a great vacation. While it looks a bit bigger in the photos, it was just right for the two of us. Definitely a great choice for a couple’s getaway.

Group of 6 guys on a bachelor trip - I was the planned. The stay was wonderful, the services provided were extremely helpful, and there’s tons to do. They always provided very solid recommendations for food and activities, and there are a handful of really nice places to eat that make you feel welcomed. The scenery is beautiful, and the location is very close to all of the “downtown” scene for bars as well as the “more lowkey” scene for a relaxing vacation. The concierge and cleaning services were extremely helpful, and there wasn’t really anything we ever needed that the place did not have. We opted to go out more, but if you were to stay in and cook your meals it has a fully functional kitchen with everything needed. From when we landed to when we departed, they had a solution to everything. Transportation, chef services, excursions, dinner recommendations, sights to see, everything was extremely easy and I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone

Great deal, great view, great stay

Had a wonderful family holiday at Kib's place. A great home away from home. We enjoyed the private gated community, the house very close to the pool, walking distance to the beach, and close to downtown Jaco. Kib's user guide was helpful too. He is a great host. Thank you Kib for a wonderful stay!

The place is comfortable and has everything you need to spend a disconnecting time. The pool is small but perfect. Excellent temperature, the house is very nice.

A beautiful and comfortable home, practically in front of the swimming pool. The entrance to the garage is a bit awkward (tall) so you need a tall cart or enter with care.

My wife and I hosted two groups of people from the US and Canada and held a creativity workshop while taking the group on excursions in the surrounding area. The property was as described with seven nicely decorated villas and a club house by the pool. All the villas were very clean as were the pools. The property is very large and the villas are spread out. This provides privacy between villas. The roads and paths are a little rustic and as it is a large property some of the garden areas are more well maintained than others. All of the villas have full kitchens and there is a basic kitchen in the clubhouse. Also there is a buffet style restaurant directly across the street and numerous restaurants within a minute or two drive. There is a large wall and gate surrounding the property giving good security. The highway is noticeably loud with many trucks. The hosts were excellent and helpful. This location is great to get to many tours and beaches nearby.

Marcel was great he always responded immediately and took care of any and all requests. I will only book with Marcel when I come to Jaco. The property is breathtaking and very clean with convenient amenities.

Everything was fine, only the little detail that bothered us in terms of health, that smoking is allowed in the facilities and the smell is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant both in the pool and in the apartment. However, Priscila was attentive to give us answers at all times.

Excellent stay. It's a quiet place, with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Very close to the beach for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The host is very attentive, excellent communication is available. The house is very tidy and the kitchen has all the necessary cooking accessories. We were very happy.

Staying here for a year, the owner and David allowed us to make this place our home. The condo is very roomy for a family of 3. The beautiful beach is about a mile away. Grocery stores are close by and walkable. The condo is up in the hills so the views are wonderful. The amenities here are really nice: pool, patio, grill. Amazing neighbors! There are lots of fruit trees here and beautiful birds. The unit itself is really nice. There are 1st and 2nd floor balconies, 2-1/2 bathrooms, open concept kitchen/dining room/living room. For our family we used 2 bedrooms, but there is a 3rd bedroom on the lower level as well. There is also storage for our bikes in the garage. David is a pleasure to work with. He quickly responded to any issues we had. I must say that living here for a year is much different than a week or 2 stay. As with any home you are going to have some issues - big and small. But having David and owner accessible has allowed our stay to be quite enjoyable.
