Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Cabin for 8 people in Vemdalsporten, Vemdalsskalet. Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 Bedroom 2: Bunk bed 140+90 cm Bedroom 3: Bunk bed 120+90 cm (Loft with 160 bed available on request) The cottage is excellent for those of you who want to be close to hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails (about 300 meters). The ski slopes in Skalet can be reached in a few minutes by car where there is ample parking. Fully-equipped kitchen and dining table for 8 people, two high chairs are available to borrow. NOTE! At the top of the hill overlooking Skarvarna is this state-of-the-art mountain lodge completed June 2022 with sun all day. The location is optimal for those who seek variety and want to go to different places during their stay as it is about 20 minutes to both Bruksvallarna and Fjällnäs. There are mountain biking trails below the area towards Funäsdalen/Bruksvallarna. It is about 30 minutes (2.5 km) to walk to Funäsdalens Centrum. Charge the electric car at the house, cook in the new kitchen and enjoy views of the mountains.
