Great value. There is no shop right in front of you, but there is a Joam-eup market 10 minutes away by car, and a chicken and pizza restaurant that can be delivered right nearby. It is quiet because there are few residents of the surrounding area and the villa. The bed was not hard, so I used it comfortably, and it was good because there was air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, respectively. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong..
