The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed and TV. The bedroom has a 140cm bed. Cleaning is not included but can be pre-booked for SEK 700. Bed linens and towels at a cost of SEK 150/set. Upon request, there is also a wood-fired hot tub that can be pre-booked for NOK 1200. Close to outdoor activities.

Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment from 2016. The apartment has 6 regular beds divided into two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen and living room have an open plan that forms a nice gathering place between skiing, bike tours, day trips, fishing and so on. There is a balcony with a view of the mountain and a nice sauna as well as a washing machine. In addition, there are baby/child amenities, toys, board games, BT speakers, TV with streaming services and books to read.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Welcome to our guest house in the cottage area Hästhagen by Lake Öjaren. A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.
