This cottage is one of 2 right next to each other. It was perfect for our stay with my family and my brother’s family next door. The kids had the most amazing time playing around the property. It had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable with kids. It included notes with specific directions for everything. The holiday decor was a nice touch. The fireplace was my favorite!

This cabin is amazing! Absolutely perfect place for a getaway and relaxation. ALL the little details were perfect. Patty was great to deal with, and we will definitely be back! The private decks off each suite are awesome! Such a COOL design. 10 stars!!! Thank you for a great weekend!

Jacqueline’s place was absolutely perfect for a birthday getaway with my two sisters. It was beautifully decorated and super clean! The beds were very comfortable, which always makes it or breaks it when you’re over 50! It was such a perfect spot for base camp while we explored Dahlonega, Blue Ridge, and Suches.

Liudmila’s place was exactly how described! Even though there were a couple of mishaps, she communicated and accommodated us! The place was clean, spacious and up to date! Every time we come into town, most definitely will stay here again! Thank you again!

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

Awesome place for a group of people! We had plenty of social space. Loved how the kitchen seemed to be stocked well with pots, pans, and even some ziploc bags which came in handy for us in a pinch! It is right off a main road, but that didn’t impact our stay at all. Would highly recommend!

Homi Spaces was beautiful. The pics described the property perfectly. Mymy and Christina were wonderful and responsive hosts. They kept the property clean, offered their help and made us feel at home. They provided extras like detergent and snacks. The property was clean and comfy for my family. I would definitely recommend this spacious property to anyone visiting the Atlanta Metro area. I would definitely rent again.

Our group of three families stayed at this Airbnb for a wedding, and it was an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable experience! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for all of us to relax and feel at home. One of the best parts of the stay was the stunning waterfront location. Waking up to the beautiful views and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere made our trip even more special. It was the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. The host was amazing—super responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Worth your pay. I love how cozy this house is. He is a very intentional man and you can see it from the detailed amenities in the house. Will I come back? A VERY BIG YES! I would give it more than a 5star if I had the opportunity. Thank you for being a GREAT HOST.
