Highlands Harmony House - Near Cherokee Park

We loved the old, historic neighborhood and walked around this and other nearby neighborhoods often. The house is right next to Cave Hill Cemetery and probably only a couple blocks from Mohammad Ali's grave. The host is very nice. The studio is clean and the bed is comfortable. It does not have a kitchen table but has a few smaller TV table-type tables for which to eat. We wanted to host my wife's daughter for movie and pizza but the studio was not really amenable to hosting a guest; however, it was fine for the two of us. The screened porch looks nice but the weather was cold, so we did not use it. The kitchen is small but adequate. We could always park within a block of the house, but the street was relatively narrow and was a dead-end, so it was difficult to maneuver. If you are uncomfortable parallel parking, it could be a problem for you.

Me and my family members decided to meet halfway this year for Thanksgiving. And it turned out perfect! Everyone loved the house and it was very spacious.and clean. It has an amazing backyard view. The Christmas tree was decorated beautifully. I highly recommend this house.

Super clean, spacious condo- perfect for our group of 4! We came into town for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and Dierdre’s place was the PERFECT location- included a parking spot and we were able to walk to various restaurants, bars, etc. Flexible check in process and very responsive to messages! Would definitely stay here again!

I was in town to be with a family member who was in the hospital. There was so much unknown about timing and Laura was incredibly accommodating and was able to extend our stay more than once with no issues. She took so much stress off of my family and we could focus on being present with our loved one. It was very clean. Facilities were decent. For example, Toilet paper holder and towel rack falling out of place frequently with bathroom door not an easy close. However, those less than ideal details were not a huge deal. Overall wonderful communication and willingness to work with us on our dates. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. The apartment is well maintained. It's such a unique setup. The hosts left very clear messages and instructions. As others have said, the only complaint we had was the noise. Creaky floorboards, pounding rain...etc. If you're a heavy sleeper then there should be no problem.

The River House may be the nicest Airbnb property I’ve had the opportunity of staying at. My host and their team went the extra yard to ensure my accommodations were memorable. I will consider this one of my truly “happy places” and definitely will be returning as often as possible.

This place is awesome!! Super clean and well supplied with what we needed. The sitting area and dining space allowed for our team to hang out and have some amazing conversations and make some great memories. What a great spot within walking distance to so many places! Great view of charming street, architecture and all the excitement. At the same time, it was quiet and cozy inside. Thanks Amanda for being a super host and solving the little hiccups so fast so we all were able to have a wonderful weekend together!

We loved The Cottage and hope to return under better circumstances (we were attending a funeral). The quiet solitude in such a peaceful environment was truly appreciated. The animals were delightful to see. Kelly left the porch and indoor lights on for us since we were arriving for check in after dark. The beds were very comfortable and everything is as described in listing.

Artistic Bungalow with Hot Tub

The stay was great. We wanted a good weekend away and this house checked all of the boxes, big bathtub, hot tub, and things to do near by. There was an issue with hot water the day before our stay and Eric made us aware as soon as he knew. We understood it was not his fault and things happen, so it did not change our plans. He worked on the issue and had it fixed before our arrival. House is in excellent condition and we would definitely stay there again.
